It is the policy of the Kansas Board of Regents KBOR and Colby Community College to encourage high school students to take advantage of post-secondary education opportunities by enrolling while still in high school or participating in home schooling. High school students in 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades are eligible to take concurrent enrollment classes if specific course prerequisites and placement testing requirements are met. You can complete any course entirely from your home or office - any time of day or night. Comprehensive six-week online courses start monthly, and you can work anytime and anywhere that is convenient for you.
Springfield Ballet is committed to making dance accessible to those who might otherwise not have the opportunity to experience the art of ballet. Because of community support, the Ballet is able to touch the lives of thousands of deserving children throughout Southwest Missouri each year. Formed in the spring ofthe Dance Chance program is a partnership with Springfield Public Schools, Community Partnership of the Ozarks and Springfield Ballet to provide free dance instruction to children at Title I schools.
